Activating Position Roles

Only roles that have a status of Pending can be activated within a position. The following rules apply when activating position roles:

 

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab > Setup and Policy > Setup.
  2. In the Training Management section, click Position.
    Result: The Positions list window is displayed.
  3. Click the arrow next to the name of the position and select Role.
    Result: The Role tab is displayed.
  4. Check the checkboxes of all Pending roles to be activated.
  5. Click Action > Activate.
    Result: The role displays a status of Active.
